BIO
Lada Kovler is a singer and musician who has been singing jazz and pop music for years. Born and raised in Russia, her musical path started when she was a child. She spent every Saturday in an orchestral setting with her parents; her mom was a concert host, and her dad continues to be a symphony orchestra conductor. She was raised in classical music, but after a classical-based education in music, she realized that her passion is jazz and pop genres. She started to sing with jazz musicians, and bands, and finally, was a soloist of a big band while performing at numerous festivals and concerts, from Turkmen folk to pop and jazz music.
Lada was also the founder of a private vocal school, “Harmony" (Russia, 2016-2020), with over three hundred students, for which she organized seasonal concerts with live musicians.
After moving to the US, she graduated from Berklee College of Music, the Interdisciplinary Music Studies program, and works as a music teacher.
Lada released singles in Russian, which can be found on streaming platforms (a.k.a. Лада Виняр), and currently produces music for the young artist Oskar Viniar.
One of the most important parts of her life is her family; her husband, two sons, and the dog Grammy, with whom she loves to spend all of her time.
